I found the hotel easily and the staff was friendly and helpful. Despite arriving late, there was someone available for check-in. Although I couldn't communicate well in English, the staff made an effort to assist me.

It made me feel pampered and taken care of. I loved that the room had air conditioning and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The private bathroom was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the room. Having garden views from the room was a lovely touch, making the atmosphere soothing and peaceful.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the carpeted floors in the room. It's just a matter of preference, though, and others might like it.

Albergo Ponte Vecchio is my go-to place in Cernobbio. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location. The taxi number they gave me on my first visit was a lifesaver. With free Wi-Fi, a bar, and a restaurant, it has everything I need. Can't wait for Christmas!
